Below is a list of questions frequently asked.

What is included in your package?

We include unlimited digital photos that upload to an online gallery for easy downloads and sharing. The standard package includes a 4-hour time window with an on-site attendant. We also include the setup of your choice, use of our props, and a custom event overlay. Click here for more info!

How soon should we book before the event date?

As soon as you know your date and location! Holidays and wedding season fills up fast, so we recommend reaching out right away to secure your date.

How much space does the booth need?

We require approx. 8ft x 8ft of floor space. It’s best to set up along a wall and be mindful of high-traffic areas. If we know your venue and layout, we can help determine the best location for the booth.

Do you provide the props, or should we bring our own?

We have a large selection of props that you can use, but you are welcome to bring any that you would like to use as well. We will review what best fits your event during our consultation.

Do you offer GIFs or Boomerangs?

In addition to still images, we also take short videos! Both come standard with the rental. We encourage using both features!

Do you need electricity or Wi-Fi at the venue?

We require access to an outlet. Wi-Fi is great, but not required. We are able to use cell service otherwise.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel 48 hours prior to an event, your deposit will go toward a future event. There are no refunds for cancelling within 48 hours, and the deposit will be forfeited.

What are my payment options?

All payments are processed through Square. Payment is due one week prior to your event date.

Do you travel outside of the St. Louis area?

We operate within 50 miles of 63110 (St. Louis, MO). Please inquire if your event is outside those boundaries. Traveling fees may apply.

Can you do outdoor events?

Weather-permitting, we can set up outside for events. We do need electricity and a shaded area. Our set up works best indoors.
